Ayo Greaves
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
I'm Ayo, a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist with over 18 years of NHS experience in mental health. My extensive career includes management roles, previously supporting young people aged 18-35 with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working on mental health wards, community outreach, presentations and talks, and promoting services that foster holistic health.
I work with individuals who want to improve their mental health, build balance into their routines, and create lasting change in their everyday lives.
OT is part of the Allied Health Profession, working alongside psychology, medicine, and other disciplines to support people in improving their well-being and daily life. In OT, “occupation” refers to the activities that bring structure, meaning, and purpose to your day, ranging from self-care and rest to work, relationships, and the things you enjoy doing.
